About The Position

Become a Culinary Server at Honey Creek Commons Assisted Living. In this part-time role, you will help ensure residents receive safe, nutritious, and delicious meals by assisting with meal preparation and service and maintaining a clean work environment. You will work with culinary leaders and service staff to support residents’ dining needs and provide a positive dining experience. American Senior Communities (ASC) has served customers since 2000. Requirements

Commitment to customer service.
Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

Certification in sanitation or safe food handling, unless required by state or federal agencies; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.
Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
Assist with preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ dietary requirements.
Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
