About The Position

Become a Culinary Server at Honey Creek Commons Assisted Living. This part-time role supports residents’ dining needs by assisting with meal preparation and service and helping maintain a clean work environment. The position works alongside culinary leaders and service staff to provide safe, nutritious, and delicious meals and a positive dining experience that meets residents’ needs and diet requirements.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Sanitation or safe food handling certification is preferred, unless required by state or federal agencies; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.
• Prior restaurant server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist with preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and residents’ diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
