About The Position

The Culinary Server at Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living supports residents’ dining experience by assisting with meal preparation and service and maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment. The role works alongside culinary leaders and service staff to meet residents’ needs and ensure meals are served safely and in accordance with menu and resident diet requirements. Full-time and part-time schedules are listed: 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., including weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work effectively alongside the culinary team and leaders.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in sanitation or safe food handling; certifications can be earned while employed with ASC.
• Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents’ needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparing and portioning meal items according to the menu and resident diet requirements.
• Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Clean equipment as needed and maintain a clean, sanitary workplace.
