About The Position

As a Builtwell CSR, you will be the first face in relationship building for valued customers. You will interact with most customers entering the Financial Centers, warmly welcome them, serve their transaction needs, and have meaningful conversations to identify additional opportunities to fulfill their financial needs.

The role represents Builtwell Bank with integrity in the branch and community while providing excellent customer service. It includes operating an inside or drive-through teller window, handling customer transactions, answering inquiries about products and services, balancing cash and negotiable financial items, and contributing to branch and individual goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle money transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in coin or currency.
• Ability to learn and follow financial center operation and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, and work ethically within established policies and procedures while delivering customer service.
• Run an inside or drive-through teller window and provide paying and receiving transaction services accurately, efficiently, professionally, and courteously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of available products and services to answer customer inquiries.
• Balance cash items, teller over/short reports, and other negotiable financial items while adhering to branch cash-control policies and procedures.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner with a positive attitude toward helping customers.
• Demonstrate teamwork to help exceed branch team and individual goals.
• Warmly welcome customers, serve their transaction needs, and have conversations to identify additional opportunities to fulfill their financial needs.
