About The Position

As a Builtwell CSR, you will be the first face in relationship building for valued customers. You will warmly welcome customers entering Builtwell Financial Centers, serve their transaction needs, and have meaningful conversations to identify additional opportunities to fulfill their financial needs. The role involves providing accurate and professional teller services in a fast-paced environment while following established policies, procedures, and security requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle money transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in coin or currency.
• Ability to learn and follow financial center operating and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity in the branch and community, follow established policies and procedures ethically, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Operate an inside or drive-through teller window and provide paying and receiving transaction services accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of available products and services to answer customer inquiries.
• Balance cash items, teller over/short reports, and other negotiable financial items while following branch cash-control policies and procedures.
• Answer telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive, helpful attitude.
• Work effectively with the branch team to exceed team and individual goals.
