About The Position

As a Builtwell Bank CSR, you will be the first face in relationship building for valued customers. You will warmly welcome customers entering the Financial Centers, serve their transaction needs, and have meaningful conversations to identify opportunities to fulfill their financial needs. The role provides paying and receiving teller services at an inside or drive-through window in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate, efficient, professional, and friendly customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle money transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in coin or currency.
• Ability to learn and follow financial center operating and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Represent First Volunteer Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, and work ethically within established policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide paying and receiving transaction services at an inside or drive-through teller window with accuracy, efficiency, professionalism, and personality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of available products and services to answer customer inquiries.
• Balance cash items, teller over/short reports, and other negotiable financial items while following branch cash control policies and procedures.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner with a positive attitude toward helping customers.
• Work effectively with the branch team to exceed team and individual goals.
