Frontier Behavioral Health's Mobile Dispatch Unit provides telephone triage and assessment for youth, adults, and families experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The Crisis Triage Specialist conducts telephone assessments, collaborates with individuals and community partners to provide support during a crisis, and dispatches the Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT) staff based on response criteria. They also triage and dispatch calls requiring contact with a Designated Crisis Responder. This is a part-time (.6 FTE) position with a shift on Saturday and Sunday from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, eligible for shift differential. These are on-site positions.
