About The Position

Responsibilities

Prepare food with 100% recipe adherence, following recipes or product directions for seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving.
Use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
Warmly greet and acknowledge guests, and take their drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
Accurately total orders and process and collect guest payments using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash and process credit and debit card payments, make change, and follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
Know the restaurant menu and products, and make recommendations suited to guests’ needs, including answering questions about potential food allergens.
Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
