About The Position

A Barista prepares and serves quality coffee and other beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve handling cash transactions and basic food preparation while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties include preparing hot and cold beverages such as specialty coffee drinks and teas, greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and providing friendly, efficient service. Food preparation may include pastries, sandwiches, or snacks. The Barista maintains the workspace, cleans equipment, restocks supplies, and follows hygiene standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and potentially smoothies.
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
