About The Position

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, as some training is conducted online.
• Basic math skills to count money and make change.
• Ability to learn to operate standard restaurant equipment, subject to applicable minimum age requirements.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to work at the start of each scheduled shift.

• Respond positively to coaching and feedback and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Be accountable for assigned shift responsibilities.

• Respond to guest needs and resolve problems promptly.
• Follow brand and company standards and systems to prepare and serve quality food and beverages.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, including applicable laws.
• Keep the work environment clean and neat, including stocking, removing trash and cardboard, and cleaning guest areas and restrooms as directed.
• Follow uniform standards, including wearing a hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans without rips or holes, and nonslip shoes.
