About The Position

Auntie Anne’s at Edison Mall is hiring Crew Members and Shift Leaders. Crew Members work together to deliver a high-quality guest experience by preparing, baking, and serving pretzels and specialty beverages in a fast, fun, and friendly environment. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Shift Leaders direct daily restaurant operations when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. They lead by example to uphold food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Chestnut Land Company is an Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon franchisee founded in 1994 and headquartered in Boardman, Ohio. It operates more than 100 locations across 14 states. Requirements

Crew Members must be at least 16 years of age.
Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and specialty beverage products.
Greet customers warmly and take orders with speed, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming storefront and kitchen area.
Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Oversee team performance, monitor employee breaks, and manage shift scheduling and overtime.
Assist with training, coaching, and welcoming new crew members.
Ensure product quality and excellent customer service remain consistent throughout the day.
Handle basic shift reporting and cash-drawer management.
