About The Position

Chestnut Land Company is hiring Crew Members and Shift Leaders for its Auntie Anne’s location at The Florida Mall. Crew Members prepare, bake, and serve pretzels and specialty beverages while providing a friendly, efficient guest experience and maintaining a clean storefront and kitchen. Shift Leaders direct daily restaurant operations when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, leading the team in food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. Crew Members must be at least 16 years old; Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years old. The role offers mall operating hours, with no late nights or early mornings. Crew Members are paid $15.00 per hour plus tips, which average an additional $2–$3 per hour. Shift Leaders are paid $16.50 per hour plus tips, which average an additional $2–$3 per hour. Chestnut Land Company is an Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon franchisee founded in 1994 and headquartered in Boardman, Ohio. It operates more than 100 locations across 14 states.

Requirements

Crew Members must be at least 16 years of age.
Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and serve fresh pretzels and specialty beverage products.
Greet customers warmly and take orders with speed, accuracy, and enthusiasm.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming storefront and kitchen area.
Oversee team performance, monitor employee breaks, and manage shift scheduling and overtime.
Assist in training, coaching, and welcoming new crew members.
Ensure product quality and excellent customer service remain consistent throughout the day.
Handle basic shift reporting and cash-drawer management.
