About The Position

Auntie Anne’s at Cincinnati Premium Outlets is hiring Crew members and Shift Leaders. Crew members prepare, bake, and serve pretzels and other products, greet customers, and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner while working with other staff on additional tasks. Crew members must be at least 16 years old.

Shift Leaders direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, working to maintain standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety. They also prepare, bake, and serve products; greet customers and take orders; monitor employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling; and assist with training new employees. Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Crew members must be at least 16 years old.
• Shift Leaders must be at least 18 years old.
