We are seeking Crew and Shift Leaders to join our team at the Charlotte Premium Outlets location. Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, making and serving all of Auntie Anne’s products in an appropriate fashion.
• Working together with other staff on other tasks.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assisting with training new employees.
