This role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience by preparing, making, and serving products, greeting customers, and working collaboratively with staff. The Shift Leader will also direct restaurant operations in the absence of management, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, baking, and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Working together with other staff on other tasks.
• Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assisting with training new employees.
