About The Position

Auntie Anne’s is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels that are served with a smile. This role is with Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. The position involves both crew member duties and shift leader responsibilities, focusing on delivering a high-quality customer experience, preparing and serving products, and maintaining operational standards in the absence of management.

Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Assisting with training new employees.
