SkillSpring, a workforce development program of The New Jewish Home, seeks a Case Manager for its Community Resources for Employment and Development (CRED NYC) Program. SkillSpring supports New York City youth and young adults from under-resourced schools and communities in pursuing health care careers. The program includes work readiness, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classroom instruction, and onsite clinical and professional training. The Case Manager works directly with trainees, focusing on their mental health, well-being, and self-management. The role provides support through small groups and one-on-one sessions as needed. This is a full-time position working across multiple sites in Manhattan and the Bronx. Hours, days, and locations vary with seasonal changes, and the role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. The Case Manager designs and delivers trauma-informed workshops, supports trainees and workshop attendees through referrals and follow-up, provides clinical support to staff, and maintains relationships with strategic partners. The role also supports accurate data collection and reporting, develops tools and materials to improve employment and economic opportunities, and adheres to CRED NYC contract regulations. The position reports to SkillSpring’s CRED NYC Program Director.
