Reddit’s KarmaLab is the in-house creative strategy team supporting the Global Sales Organization. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and advertisers to develop campaigns, creative strategies, and storytelling that connect brands with Reddit communities. The Creative Strategist will support Reddit’s growing Media & Entertainment (M&E) and Retail business, helping shape advertiser strategies and working across teams to turn business challenges into culturally resonant Reddit ideas that drive impact. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles. The position involves developing insight-driven strategies and campaign concepts, serving as a creative consultant and Reddit platform expert, and partnering with Sales, Measurement, and other teams on pitches and strategic client engagements. The strategist will build relationships with agency and client creative decision-makers, create reusable strategy frameworks and best practices, and manage ambiguity and competing priorities independently. The role requires at least four years of relevant experience, client-facing strategy presentation experience, an understanding of brands and media/platform ecosystems, and proficiency in Google Slides. The salary range is $115,500–$161,700 USD, with eligibility for restricted stock units and commission.
