Rho Nutrition•Miami, FL

About The Position

Rho Nutrition is hiring a Creative Strategist to turn customer insights, product science, and performance data into advertising that drives growth. The role owns the creative process for a group of products, from identifying angles and writing briefs through reviewing finished ads and deciding what to test next. Rho makes liquid supplements for everyday health and wellness, and its creative combines product education, customer experiences, and expert voices. Paid social, particularly Meta, is the primary focus. The strategist works closely with creative leadership, media buyers, designers, and editors. The role includes developing weekly creative plans, researching customer perspectives and competitor advertising, writing and briefing ad concepts, supporting expert and creator shoots, reviewing creative execution, and using performance results to recommend what to iterate, retire, or explore. The strategist also maintains briefs, asset names, approvals, test records, priorities, and deadlines. Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate is expected to independently run the creative cycle for assigned products, deliver clear briefs on time, consistently bring concepts and iterations to testing, and recommend next steps after each round. Over time, the work should help identify ads that acquire customers efficiently and continue performing as spend increases. The annual base salary range is based on experience and the strength of the candidate’s work; no specific range is provided.
