About The Position

Terra is an AI-native offensive security company. We build agentic pentesting that runs continuously, finds real exploitable vulnerabilities, and helps security teams close them before attackers get there first. Our customers are CISOs at banks, hospitals, and enterprises where a breach is a very bad day. The work is serious. The storytelling shouldn't be. We want to fix that. We're hiring an in-house Creative Producer to help us do it.

Requirements

A portfolio that makes us want to hire you before we finish scrolling.
3-5 years into your career.
At least 2 years of experience as a Brand designer.
Ability to operate cameras, direct talent, edit, and finish work yourself when needed.
Experience using AI tools in production and opinions on which ones are effective.
Ability to get technical when it helps and get out of the way when it doesn't.
Willingness to say yes to weird ideas and figure out how to execute them.
Desire to learn about cybersecurity quickly.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with a shoestring budget.
Experience with AI tools in production.

Responsibilities

Produce the stuff people stop scrolling for. Short videos, launch films, event content, podcast episodes, motion pieces, weird one-offs, campaign assets, founder content, customer stories that don't sound like customer stories.
Work directly with marketing, our founders, our researchers, and customers who occasionally let us tell their war stories.
Own the concept, the shot list, the shoot, the edit, and the ship.
Direct talent.
Operate cameras.
Edit and finish work yourself when you need to.
Wrangle a scrappy team of freelancers and AI tools into something that punches three weight classes above what it cost to make.
Develop concepts, determine needs, and estimate timelines for creative projects.
Learn about cybersecurity quickly.
