About The Position

The Courtesy Clerk is a customer service ambassador who helps create an inviting shopping experience at Sprouts Farmers Market. The role includes properly handling and bagging groceries, helping customers find products, gathering carts from outdoors, and maintaining store cleanliness by sweeping and responding to spills. Courtesy Clerks represent Sprouts to customers and work with team members throughout the store in a fast-paced environment. The role may provide opportunities to grow into other positions within the store.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable.
Outgoing and friendly behavior.
Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.

Responsibilities

Handle and bag shoppers’ groceries properly while delivering extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills to maintain store cleanliness.
Follow all Front End procedures.
Work closely with team members throughout the store.
