About The Position

The Courtesy Clerk serves as a customer service ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market, properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service. The role includes helping customers find products, gathering carts from outdoors, and sweeping or cleaning up spills. Courtesy Clerks represent Sprouts to customers and are expected to bring a friendly, outgoing attitude and work cooperatively with team members in a fast-paced environment. Many team members begin in this role and may be promoted to positions in other store departments.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries.
Deliver extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and clean up spills.
Follow all Front End procedures.
Work closely with team members throughout the store.
