About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Courtesy Bus Driver to transport customers safely and efficiently between airport terminals and rental car facilities. The driver greets customers, helps load and unload luggage, communicates route and stop information, and explains next steps in the rental process. The role calls for a friendly, professional customer experience while following safety procedures, driving standards, and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. The position requires regular onsite presence and cannot be performed remotely. The advertised pay is $20.00 per hour; a shift premium may apply.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); a chauffeur license may be required depending on location.
• Previous professional driving experience.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
