About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a CDL-licensed Courtesy Bus Driver at its airport locations. The driver transports customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and the rental car facility and helps create a positive rental experience. Duties include greeting customers, helping load and unload luggage, communicating route and stop information, and explaining next steps in the rental process. The driver provides friendly, professional customer service while following safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements. The role requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); a chauffeur license may be required depending on location.
• Previous professional driving experience.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the job cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of customer service experience is a bonus.
