About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a full-time Courtesy Bus Driver at its airport locations. The driver transports customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and the rental car facility, helping provide a welcoming and reliable rental experience. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage, communicating route and stop information, and explaining next steps in the rental process. The role requires following safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements while providing professional customer service. This position requires regular onsite presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL); a chauffeur license may be required depending on location.
• Previous professional driving experience.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular onsite presence is required; the work cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of customer service experience is a bonus.
