About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Courtesy Bus Driver at an airport location to transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and the rental car facility. The driver welcomes customers, helps load and unload luggage, shares route information and explains next steps in the rental process, and ensures a comfortable, welcoming ride. The role follows required safety procedures and driving standards while providing attentive customer service. It requires regular onsite presence and cannot be performed remotely. Compensation is $19.00 per hour; a shift premium may apply.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license; a chauffeur license may be required depending on location.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional driving experience is preferred.
• Six months of customer service experience is a bonus.
