•$20 - $22•Remote

About The Position

Docketly is hiring an Operations Associate on its Coverage team to secure attorney coverage for law-firm court hearings on short notice. The specialist owns a live portfolio of open hearings and contacts attorneys by phone, text, and email to obtain commitments before hearing dates. The work combines dispatch, negotiation, and account management in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The role requires making timely decisions under pressure, negotiating fees while protecting cost targets, and keeping hearings, attorneys, and clients on track. The specialist manages a changing pipeline of hearings, including last-minute changes, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and urgent coverage gaps. They onboard and support attorneys, update law-firm clients on hearing status, maintain accurate assignment and activity records, and identify recurring coverage problems and opportunities to improve processes. Success is measured by coverage speed, dropped hearings, portfolio efficiency, and adherence to cost targets. The position is remote in Florida, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. The hourly pay range is $20–$22, with the starting rate based on experience and no sales commission. Docketly promotes from within, with a defined path toward senior specialist and supervisor roles.
