About The Position
As a Counter Sales Associate at Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group, you will serve customers at the branch counter and help HVAC contractors and walk-in customers find appropriate HVAC products and solutions. You will build customer relationships, provide knowledgeable service, process orders, and support daily wholesale HVAC branch operations. The position offers $22–$26 per hour, plus bonus potential.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

- Answer product questions and help identify solutions.
- Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
- Support branch operations and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-focused showroom environment.
