Requirements

• Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level is required.
• Minimum of 200 hours of Cosmetology education.
• At least two years of professional experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Deep enthusiasm for Cosmetology and the health and wellness sector.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Styling, cutting, and possible color services to guests.
• Provide guidance on proper hair care and recommend home care routines.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Set up workstations with essential products, equipment, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Maintain a consistently professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excel in guest interactions, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Assist colleagues as needed, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and guests.
