About The Position

The Cosmetic Merchandiser performs project-based work to ensure cosmetic products, graphics, and displays are visually appealing and effectively presented to shoppers. The role includes maintaining appropriate product availability and pricing, ensuring store appearance and displays align with planograms, and building relationships with retail store associates and management. Work is conducted during daytime retail business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work encouraged. Assignments may range from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on work volume, travel distance, and willingness to accept additional projects. The position is hired nationwide; the corporate office is in Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some markets may require farther travel.
Effective communication with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Implement planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf cleaning and stocking, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal accessible using a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Partner with and build relationships with retail store associates and management.
Adapt to changing work schedules and consider occasional evening or weekend work.
