About The Position

The Cosmetic Merchandiser performs project-based retail merchandising work to make cosmetic products, graphics, and displays visually appealing, maintain appropriate product availability and pricing, and support brand presentation in stores. The role involves assignments at multiple retail locations and may range from 0 to 40 hours per week, depending on work volume, travel willingness, and acceptance of other available projects. Work is performed during daytime retail business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work encouraged. Reliable transportation is needed to reach stores, typically 30 to 60 miles apart, though travel may be farther in some markets.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations, typically 30 to 60 miles apart depending on the market; some positions may require farther travel.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

Implement planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf cleaning and stocking, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal using a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Partner with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
Adapt to changing work schedules and consider occasional evening or weekend work.
