About The Position

The Customer Management Trainee Program is a targeted nine-month program designed to cultivate and develop future leaders. It combines on-the-job training, online learning, assigned senior-leadership mentors and peer coaches, formal leadership classes, and other learning opportunities. Hands-on development is intended to prepare participants to support a corporate customer in a full-time role after the program. Participants complete project-based learning rotations across Field Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, Product Supply Planning, Customer Management, and other support teams. Trainees receive learning objectives and a peer coach before each rotation; after each rotation, they report on their learning and provide business recommendations. The program also includes travel within the territory and leadership summits with other trainees and senior leaders. Participants are assessed throughout the program based on completion of learning objectives and leadership feedback. Placement after the program depends on performance assessments, skillsets, and business needs, with the goal of supporting a corporate customer full-time. The program runs from July 2027 through April 2028. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, in an office environment.
