About The Position

World Choice Investments LLC is seeking a Corporate Information Technology Manager to lead day-to-day infrastructure decisions for its Pigeon Forge properties and support other markets as needed. This is a hands-on, field-based role working in show buildings, box offices, gift shops, and back-of-house spaces to keep networks, phones, cameras, and endpoints operational during live events. The manager will also help lead a small team of technicians.

The role covers physical infrastructure, networking and security, Microsoft systems and identity, and telephony. It includes installing and maintaining cabling and network equipment; managing network security and PCI-scoped networks; administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune; supporting the current Avaya IP Office system and helping plan a replacement phone and contact-center platform. The manager owns the help desk queue, maintains IT documentation and asset inventory, prioritizes service around show times, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation for show-impacting issues.

The position involves frequent travel across the territory, including some overnight travel to other properties. Work may take place in attics, show arenas, warehouses, outdoor areas, ceilings, crawlspaces, and other confined or elevated spaces, in both hot and cold conditions. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required as needed, particularly during peak seasons.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including at least 2 years leading or mentoring technicians.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi design, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise firewalls such as Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Meraki, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Practical structured cabling skills, including running, terminating, and testing copper cabling; fiber exposure.
• Comfort working on ladders, in ceilings, and in tight spaces.
• Clear communication with non-technical staff, especially under time pressure during live shows.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight to other properties.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights and above ceilings, and to crawl and kneel in confined spaces.
• Ability to work in attics, show arenas, warehouses, and outdoor areas in heat and cold.
• Frequent automobile operation, walking, reaching, bending, carrying, and work at partner properties and events.
• Ability to carry and push or pull up to 25 lbs frequently; occasional grasping and fine manipulation.
• Vision sufficient for near and far distances, including driving, reviewing printed materials, and using a computer.
• Frequent oral communication.

• VoIP experience with Avaya IP Office, RingCentral, Teams Phone, or similar; SIP trunks and call flows.
• Experience with IP camera and access control systems such as Verkada, Axis, Hikvision, Milestone, or Ubiquity.
• Hospitality, entertainment, or retail IT experience, including POS and ticketing systems.
• PCI DSS familiarity.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft MD-102, or MS-102.
• Basic scripting in PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Run, terminate, test, and label Cat5e/Cat6 and fiber cabling; work above ceilings, in attics and crawlspaces, and on ladders and lifts.
• Install and maintain wireless access points, switches, patch panels, racks, and UPS units.
• Install and service security cameras, NVRs, and door access control hardware.
• Maintain IDF/MDF closets, cable management, and documentation of drops and ports.
• Help manage Meraki/Ubiquity switches and wireless, including VLANs, site-to-site and remote access VPNs, web filtering, and application control.
• Keep PCI-scoped point-of-sale and ticketing networks segmented and documented.
• Monitor network health, respond to outages, and lead root-cause follow-up.
• Manage Sophos endpoint protection, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and licensing.
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, conditional access, and MFA.
• Maintain on-premises Active Directory and Group Policy, and help migrate devices to Entra join and Intune management.
• Build and deploy Windows images, policies, and applications through Intune.
• Help support the current Avaya IP Office system, desk phones, and call routing.
• Help plan, test, and roll out a replacement phone and contact-center platform.
• Help supervise, schedule, and train up to five IT technicians.
• Own the help desk queue for WCI properties and set response priorities around show times.
• Maintain asset inventory, network diagrams, and runbooks.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for show-impacting issues.
• Travel to other properties as required, including overnight travel.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and departmental guidelines; maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Promptly report safety concerns, workplace incidents, or other concerns to appropriate management.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications, licenses, or credentials required for the position.
• Protect confidential or sensitive company, employee, and guest information as applicable.
