About the position
As a key member of the Corporate Account Management (CAM) team at Sharebite, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our corporate clients using the Sharebite platform. Your role will involve advocating for the customer, promoting high levels of adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor. You will also be involved in onboarding and implementation, managing client accounts, and providing high-touch client service. This position requires strong attention to process, technical knowledge of the Sharebite platform, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the corporate sales team to understand client requirements and pain points
- Assess and configure client accounts during the onboarding process
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to prioritize new client needs
- Answer client inquiries related to onboarding and implementation
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for each corporate client
- Provide feedback to sales and account management teams to improve communication
- Maintain client information in CRM platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage contract renewal cycle
- Identify opportunities for upgrades and cross-sells
- Recommend additional solutions from Sharebite portfolio
- Devise and execute account strategies for account growth
- Provide high-touch client service and handle support issues
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Take partial ownership of larger and more complex accounts
- Participate in training sessions for new team members
- Possess a bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Have 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success or account management
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams remotely
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B customer success or account management, ideally at a SaaS or growth-stage tech company
- Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements
- Ability to work with a cross functional team (remotely)
- Consultative selling skills, ability to fully understand a client's business needs, and how the Sharebite offering can be fully utilized
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
