About the position
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Sharebite, you will be responsible for managing valuable restaurant partnerships and ensuring their success on the platform. Your role will involve driving operational improvement, developing growth plans, and providing data-driven consultation and support to a diverse portfolio of restaurants. You will also be responsible for maintaining high touch communication channels with partners, executing onboarding and training sessions, and maximizing account growth. This role requires a proven track record in account management or client service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle both the big picture and small details.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational improvement with restaurant partners to ensure a positive experience for Sharebite users
- Develop plans with partners to grow their business through adding locations or increasing sales
- Use analytical abilities and operational rigor to build tools and processes to achieve partnership goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and improve product and operations based on feedback
- Maintain high touch communication with partners through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for partners
- Clearly communicate the value of Sharebite to demonstrate ongoing ROI to restaurant partners
- Execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth
- Manage multi-location contracts through discussion, negotiation, and execution
- Proven track record in account management or client service-related role
- Personable and professional with a service mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
- Exceptional communication skills both externally and internally
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver above expectations

Requirements
- Proven Track Record - minimum 3-5 years experience, ideally in an account management or client service-related role.
- Personable & Professional - articulate, straightforward & engaging. Service mindset and enjoy helping to solve customer problems.
- Handle the Big Picture and the Small Details - keen focus on the little things that matter to customers and partners. Eye for the big picture and creating new ways to add to existing partnerships.
- Exceptional Communicator - voice of Sharebite for restaurant partners. Effective communication externally (with restaurant owners & management) and internally (with teammates and key stakeholders).
- Great Project Manager - develop detailed joint business plans with largest enterprise partners. Consistently deliver above expectations.
- Collaborative Team Player - value working hard and supporting the team. Take pride in doing an exceptional job and recognize teammates' achievements.
- Organized Efficiency - manage several tasks and have high "bandwidth" to take on multiple responsibilities. Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a rapidly evolving environment.
