About the position
The Business Development Associate will join Sharebite's Corporate Sales team and focus on acquiring enterprise customers and brands with 5,000+ full-time employees. This role involves developing a strategy for identifying and closing net-new sales opportunities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute sales activities, and serving as the voice of the customer to drive product improvement. The ideal candidate should have a verifiable record of top performance in B2B sales, experience selling to HR and finance leaders, and proficiency with sales tools and platforms. This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates residing in the NYC area.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net-new sales opportunities
- Own the prospecting process in partnership with the assigned sales development representative
- Collaborate and lead the successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and closing with internal/external stakeholders
- Target buyer personas and stakeholders in HR, People, Workplace Experience Teams, Benefits, and Finance
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product
- Maintain pipeline activity in CRM, regularly updating for the Executive team and Board
- Have a verifiable record of top performance in a full cycle B2B sales role with at least 3 years selling to Enterprise accounts
- Reside in the NYC area (preferred)
- Experience selling to HR, benefit, workplace, and finance leaders
- Experience with a solutions-focused sale is a plus (primarily SaaS)
- Must be data-driven and dynamic thinking with business acumen to build value
- Experience presenting and selling to "C" level executives
- Strong attention to process and the technical aspects of the Sharebite platform
- Highly proficient with productivity/sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Excel, and G-suite
- Ability to be flexible, adaptive, resilient, and gritty
Requirements
