About The Position

As Sales Gallery Coordinator, you will provide outstanding service to internal and external customers while supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments by performing a variety of responsibilities smoothly and consistently. The role includes coordinating Sales Executive rotations, checking in guests and owners for sales presentations, handling phone calls, tracking attendance, maintaining kitchen supplies, and assisting with department premiums and nightly reconciliation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warm, welcoming smile and demeanor when greeting guests and team members.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Helpful and impeccable communication skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Six months or more of previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Detailed understanding of the area and ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities

• Set and update Sales Executive rotations daily and specialty rotations on their effective dates.
• Check in guests and owners for sales presentations and assign appropriate Sales Executives using accurate codes.
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate extension.
• Track daily attendance and training attendance.
• Take inventory of and stock kitchen supplies, including food, coffee, juice, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and soda.
• Assist with extra premiums for all departments and reconcile them nightly.
• Carry out reasonable requests from management that the team member is capable of performing.
