About The Position

The Coordinator of Quality Outcomes (CQO), also described as Program Director, manages the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals with developmental disabilities in ViaQuest Community Solutions residential programs. The role includes personnel management, coordination of service delivery, financial oversight, and supervision of Team Leaders. The CQO ensures service teams communicate and operate effectively, that Team Leaders can schedule and track appointments and manage related documentation, and that all sites consistently meet regulatory requirements. The position includes participation in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Understanding and acceptance of people with various lifestyles and values.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Three years of increasing management and supervisory experience coordinating residential programs for people with developmental disabilities.
• Good driving record, valid driver's license, current and unexpired auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to participate on a multidisciplinary self-directed team.
• Empathy for people supported.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Manage personnel and coordinate service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams operate and communicate effectively.
• Provide financial oversight of the program.
• Supervise Team Leaders.
• Ensure Team Leaders have the tools needed to schedule and track relevant medical, dental, counseling, psychiatric, and other appointments.
• Ensure all documentation is completed, forwarded, and filed appropriately.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are consistently achieved at all sites.
