Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Administration.
  • Experience in Administration (1 year), Marketing (2 years).
  • English (Basic).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the configuration of segmentation (Foto de Éxito) is registered in a timely manner so that Market Auditors can collect the correct information from clients.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of Intelliroute for its application in the market by the Auditor.
  • Analyze and determine deviations in the registration of information collected and recorded by auditors in the market to prevent incorrect information from being generated in the various segmentation indicators, which could affect the compensation of coordinators and sales promoters.
  • Communicate weekly the different execution indicators of Foto de Éxito, information collected in the market, so that it can be analyzed and to review progress by Sales Managers and Heads.
  • Analyze and present improvement techniques in the market evaluation structure to contribute to the fulfillment of the established objectives of the territory and its different distribution centers (CEDIS).
  • Control the monthly budget for promotions established for each distribution center (CEDI) in the Monterrey Zone.
  • Communicate in a timely manner the results corresponding to the activation of new product promotions (Launches) to measure the impact on the different measurement indicators of each of the Distribution Channels in the Zone.
  • Coordinate special projects dictated by the Zone's Market Development Management with each of the responsible parties for each CEDI to meet the initially established objectives and also propose new techniques for monitoring and tracking the results found.
  • Advise data entry personnel in the sales administration area regarding the use of tools from the various information systems available for information consolidation.
