Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
  • Experience in sales (3 years), operations (3 years).
  • English (Basic).
  • Knowledge of Office & Windows (Advanced).
  • Knowledge of Market Development (Advanced).
  • Market Execution (Advanced).
  • Sales RTM Models (Advanced).
  • Sales Techniques (Advanced).

Responsibilities

  • Commercially develop its medium, large, and extra-large clients in the traditional channel, by promoting the sale of products, brands, and packages that allow them to meet the sales quota established for their promoters, growing their clients and seeking to achieve greater sales volume, profitability, and leadership at the point of sale.
  • Negotiate the correct activation of the success photo defined for these clients, the coverage of unforgivable packages and loyalty programs, in order to seek the profitable growth of clients and the organization.
  • Supervise compliance with business indicators together with their work team, in order to contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives.
  • Advise its assigned clients on best commercial practices for the greater development of their business.
  • Manage the resources assigned to its client group to achieve the greatest benefits in sales and execution.
  • Train its group of promoters in best market practices and value dialogues.
  • Drive its group of Commercial Promoters so that they can achieve their objectives and encourage them to develop within the company.
  • Analyze sales, execution, and market share information of its client group.
