The mission of this role is to supervise the personnel in charge, providing the necessary tools and/or equipment to perform preventive and corrective maintenance through established procedures, in order to maintain the proper functioning of the units.

Requirements

  • Completed and verifiable Bachelor's degree (Automotive Mechanical Engineering)
  • Basic English proficiency
  • 2 years of experience in operational engineering areas
  • Knowledge of the business (Advanced)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise personnel in charge to ensure timely and quality completion of preventive and corrective services.
  • Follow up on the established maintenance schedule, optimizing response times for services in progress and managing alternatives when a unit cannot be repaired.
  • Direct the team to complete preventive and corrective maintenance, assigning daily activities and verifying adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Ensure that services are performed in the shortest possible time while maintaining established quality standards.
  • Select the necessary materials for the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage reservations and requests for spare parts, verifying their quality and timely availability.
  • Supervise and guide personnel in the correct use of tools and safety equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Monitor and control operational risks, implementing preventive and corrective measures when deviations occur.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment, supporting the implementation of industrial safety systems.
