Requirements
- Completed and verifiable High School education
- Basic English
- 2 years of experience as a Production Assistant
- Advanced knowledge in Quality Control
- Advanced knowledge in Team Coordination
- Advanced knowledge in Production Program Elaboration
- Advanced knowledge in Container Preparation
- Knowledge in Quality Management System
- Knowledge in Industrial Safety and Risk Prevention
- Knowledge in Environmental Management
- Knowledge in SAP for production registration

- Completed and verifiable Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering)
Responsibilities
- Supervise personnel in charge for the fulfillment of their responsibilities.
- Verify personnel attendance and manage shift changes in the system.
- Apply performance improvement processes (PMD).
- Control vacations and overtime for personnel.
- Report required vacancies to Human Resources.
- Supervise the fulfillment of the production program.
- Verify product consumption and waste.
- Assign raw materials for production.
- Review equipment conditions in production lines.
- Review bottle filling procedures.
- Inspect washing and rinsing to prevent contamination.
- Validate electronic container inspection.
- Ensure process records and documentation.
- Verify the fulfillment of the production program.
- Perform final count with the warehouse.
- Execute production closure with quality.
- Generate production reports.
- Ensure quality, safety, environment, and security.
