Requirements
- Completed degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in Engineering.
- Basic English.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the personnel in charge to achieve compliance in time, schedule, and quality of preventive and corrective services.
- Follow up to ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule provided by the preventive planner and to optimize response times when a roadside service is reported; in case the unit cannot be repaired.
- Direct the personnel in charge for the fulfillment of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Assign the day's activities to the personnel in their charge to maintain control.
- Verify that the personnel in their charge comply with quality guidelines to maintain standards.
- Ensure that the service is provided in the shortest possible time.
- Select the necessary material to perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Make material reservations to perform preventive and corrective services and make the mechanic aware to return replaced parts to the warehouse.
- Request direct purchase spare parts.
- Review that the requested material is delivered to the department with the required quality.
- Supervise and guide the mechanic to make good use of their tools and safety equipment.
