Requirements
- University Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Graduated)
- Basic English.
- Experience in Personnel, Payroll, Labor Contracts, Collective Agreements, Labor Conciliations.

Responsibilities
- Advise and coordinate evaluations and costings of the Collective Contractual structure to support strategic decision-making in reviews.
- Advise and ensure that human capital processes comply with labor regulations, to contain and reduce the risk of fines and lawsuits that could harm the continuity of operations.
- Advise and analyze individual labor conflicts of operations to supervise contingencies and manage lawsuits.
- Coordinate and advise on compliance with various requirements and reports from authorities, as well as internal ones.
- Coordinate and audit information on performance, management, and risk indicators for Human Capital.
