Mission: Manage, evaluate, and negotiate the guidelines for incidence models, 50-50, and royalties with The Coca-Cola Company, in accordance with established business standards, as well as determine and monitor profitability, investment funds, and financial impacts derived from incidence adjustments, reformulations, and recovery of participations, to make decisions that ensure the optimal growth of the business.

Requirements

  • University Education: Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Degree or Professional License)
  • Basic English.
  • Experience in Controllership, Interpretation and Analysis of Financial Statements, Costs and Budgets, Project Evaluation, Contribution Margin Analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, Reconcile, and Negotiate the calculation of the incidence model concentrate with Coca-Cola to ensure the corresponding mix adjustment.
  • Ensure, Evaluate, and Negotiate the financial results of Emerging Beverages with Coca-Cola according to the 50-50 Model guidelines to guarantee profit sharing.
  • Ensure, Administer, and Evaluate the profitability results of the 50-50 model to support decision-making in the operational, commercial, and administrative areas of the company.
  • Ensure, Administer, and Evaluate the profitability results of the royalty model to advise on decision-making in the operational, commercial, and administrative areas of the company.
  • Lead and Establish the criteria for the reconciliation of volume, income, and bonuses generated by the commercial and financial systems, ensuring the standardized dissemination of information to Coca-Cola.
  • Administer, Manage, and Evaluate the financial impacts derived from incidence adjustments, reformulations, and investment funds to ensure business growth.
  • Manage, Negotiate, and Ensure the financial results of Energy products with the Monster Company to guarantee the corresponding profit sharing.
