Requirements

• University Education: Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field (Degree or Professional License)
• Advanced English.
• Experience in Process Administration and Design, Robotization and Automation Project Administration, RPA, Chatbots, AI Tools

Responsibilities

• Analyze, Design, and Evaluate business processes using analysis methods such as Six Sigma, dashboards, and/or Deming to identify areas of opportunity that allow for process efficiency by applying industry best practices and automation and process modeling technologies.
• Ensure and Manage Consulting on the feasibility of automating activities or processes during project execution, to ensure that IT leaders provide an adequate technological solution with greater value to the business need.
• Manage, Execute, and Review robotization and/or automation projects at the AC Bebidas México level to achieve economic and time savings by increasing productivity or reducing previously analyzed errors.
• Obtain and Present the results and status of automation projects to monitor progress and benefits achieved.
• Manage with the support team the attention to incidents of automation and digitalization solutions reported by operations so that they are resolved within the agreed service levels.
