About The Position
As a Cookie Crew Member at Insomnia Cookies, you are part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, preparing and packaging treats, handling orders, operating the register, maintaining bakery cleanliness, and ensuring food safety. This role involves working in a fast-paced team environment where every interaction and every cookie matters. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
- Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
- Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
- Operate the register and process guest transactions.
- Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
- Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
- Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
