Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
- Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
- Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
- Operate the register and process guest transactions.
- Maintain bakery cleanliness, ensuring it is stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
- Assist teammates and contribute wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, escalating to the Shift Leader when necessary.
- Deliver an exceptional experience that fosters customer loyalty.
