Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Use advanced cooking techniques, including sauces, roasting, grilling, and plating; work independently at a station as needed.
• Inspect preparations and dishes before serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
• Keep food-service stations stocked and sanitary, and follow food-handling, storage, and safety protocols.
• Manage multiple tickets and orders, assist with training, and perform minor supervisory duties as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
