About The Position

The Converting Utility supports manufacturing areas and production by safely performing a range of tasks, including conducting quality checks, setting up materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role is suited to someone committed to safety, able to work in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery, and interested in advancing within the company.

This position is based in Dayton, New Jersey, and works the third shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Frequent overtime of up to four additional hours daily is expected. Employees must also be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Requirements

• Machine Operator experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Two years of manufacturing experience within the last five years.
• Ability to work the third shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with frequent overtime of up to four hours daily.
• Strong attendance and safety records.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use technology in the workplace.
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Ability to navigate stairs and to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
